The Museo de Las Américas, located in Old San Juan, offers three permanent collections as well as temporary exhibitions— all emphasizing the conservation and promotion of the cultural heritage of Puerto Rico and the Americas, with a firm commitment to the community.
Designing exhibition and collection catalogues is no easy task: as a designer, your work must not only be visually appealing to the show’s visitors, but must also let the works it delineates sparkle. We designed the catalogs of two major exhibitions, one for the retrospective of the Puerto Rican plastic artist Rafael Rivera Rosa and, the other, for the exhibition of the Fashion Art project, an initiative of the Spanish designer Manuel Fernández. In addition, we work on the graphic design of the Museum’s collection catalog. The result: three beautiful hard cover books!
